Two cultures, one evening
A Turkish or German-Turkish wedding follows its own dramaturgy: the grand entrance, halay circles with three generations dancing at once, kına moments that give you goosebumps — and in between, guests expecting German and international music. Veysel lives in Stuttgart, is at home in exactly this mix, and has played celebrations where both musical worlds meet for over 12 years — as a DJ, as a live musician on saz and guitar, and with a live orchestra including horns.
What makes the difference
