Why this is its own question
A wedding in central Stuttgart and one in the Kraichgau have little in common beyond the state: different venues, different noise curfews, different journeys, often a completely different mix of guests. What has to stay the same is the standard — the same equipment, the same preparation, the same person. That is what this page is about: not claiming to be everywhere, but explaining concretely what stays the same across distance and what changes.

Within 50 km of Stuttgart, travel is included in the packages. Beyond that it appears as its own line in the quote, before anything is signed. What does not happen: a flat fee that quietly grows at the end.
The rig travels with us — it is not assembled from local rentals. That means familiar gear and known weak points instead of a black box on the wedding day, and it is why a celebration in Mannheim runs technically the same as one in Esslingen.
Whoever runs the planning call is the person behind the decks that evening. With agencies working across regions that is often not the case — you book a brand and get a freelancer you have never spoken to.
